During summer, the area has toilets for beach users. Event organizers are allowed to use these toilets for events, but it is up to the event organizer to clean the toilets.

The public toilets needed for the event should be rented separately.

The area must be closed during construction and demolition of the event. (Restaurant operations must not be restricted).

If structures are to be wedged to the ground, cable measurements must be made in the area. Attachments should be done primarily with weights.

Initial and final inspections are carried out with a representative of the landowner.

The area must be left in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the rental period. The event organizer is responsible for the cost of repairing the damage.

Only event-related maintenance traffic is allowed. Driving on the lawn is strictly forbidden.

Maintenance traffic is difficult to arrange during the event. There is only one road leading to the island and it works as rescue road.

Use of the Ilosaari parking space should be restricted during the event.

Parking space for the bicycles can be found along Siltakatu.
