Competition ice rink and two practice ice rinks in one building.

It is possible to rent the whole ice rink (except for the sports services' own office and storage premises) or separate premises.

The ice in the competition hall is melted in summer. There is ice in the training hall all the time.

Event reservations must be made on time and take into account the match schedule.

With regard to event schedules, the aim is to keep restrictions on sports use to a minimum.

Maintenance traffic and the movement of those working in the area and on the property must not be restricted.

Restaurants: Pub Ärjyluola (capacity of 250 persons), Pub Ärjykulma.

Hockey Klubi works as a VIP-area during the matches.

There are no auditorium space in Training Hall 2. The loft at the edge of the rink is reserved for team use.

Showers can be found in the changing rooms.

Ice rink must be closed during construction and demolition of the event.

Driving vehicles indoors is mainly prohibited. Driving routes for heavy equipment will be agreed with the staff of the ice rink.

The event organizer is responsible for arranging forklift and lifting services and related costs.

A suspension plan must be drawn up for the suspension of lighting and sound technology in roof structures.

The floor plan of the event must be approved by the City of Joensuu's sports services. The design must take into account the protection requirements of the floor coverings (or ice), the floor loads and the safety regulations.

The event organizer is responsible for the protection and costs of the floor surfaces in the areas where the event organizer's material and equipment are used. The ice rink has no material to protect the ice.

Waste management and final cleaning is the responsibility of the event organizer. Bio-waste must be disposed of immediately after the event.

Water and heating are included in the rent of the venue. Electricity consumption is estimated and billed from the event organizer.

Open wireless internet connection available for event organizers.

Closed network connections possible to arrange. Meita Oy manages connections. The installation of connections must be agreed no later than two weeks before the event.
