The aim is to coordinate the schedules of the event and the schedules of the sports use of the arena in the best possible way.

For events, it is recommended to contact sports services in time before the event is planned to happen.

The use of open flames, candles and gas cookers, etc. is prohibited. The arena is a wooden building, so the use of pyro requires special permission from the authorities.

The arena does not have a fixed contract for restaurant services or liquor licenses, so the event organizer can arrange food and beverage services themselves.

The running track and floor must be protected with a protective mat. Protective plates to be placed under the structures. Protection material can be found at the Arena.

The rental price includes ten 240 litre waste bins (use and emptying). If the amount of waste is larger, then the organization of waste management must be agreed separately.

The space must be left in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the rental period.

Event-related maintenance traffic to the yard of the Arena allowed with special permission.

Driving indoors with a car or other heavy vehicle is prohibited. However, necessary driving may be permitted in a restricted area. The protection and driving of the driving routes must be agreed in advance with the Arena staff.

Public parking in the parking lot of Kenttämiehentie (for a fee). Disabled parking spaces at the entrances to the arena.

Parking on the edges of the building is prohibited.

Quantities of electricity and the locations of distribution centers are shown on the area map: 6 stationary centers in the field, 9 electric wells.
