Public toilets needed for the event must be rented.

Venue must be closed during construction and demolition of the event.

If structures are to be wedged into the ground, cable measurements must be made in the area. Attachments should be done primarily with weights. The event organizer will compensate for any damage to the area.

Initial and final inspections are done with the property owner. 

The area must be left in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the rental period.

Only event-related maintenance traffic is allowed.

Driving on the lawn is prohibited.

Audience parking to the public parking lots of the city.

No water stations on the venue but if water is needed for the event, it is possible to arrange from the city's maintenance facility next to the field.

The locations and electricity volumes of the electricity distribution centers are shown on the area map.

Basic lighting. In the dark, additional lighting is recommended. 

No free internet access in the venue.

Event organizer must arrange needed internet connections for the event themselves.

Building and demolishing days 50% of the price of the event day.

24% VAT included in prices.

In addition to the above land use fees, a general redemption fee will be charged.

Short-term use of the event area (less than 4 hours, non-commercial activity) with a license redemption fee.
