Sand and gravel areas should be salted before the event to prevent dusting. The work can be ordered from the city of Joensuu.

The use of the animal clinic, which is located near the racetrack, must not be restricted.

The City of Joensuu is responsible for leasing the land. The use of buildings, electricity and water should be agreed with the Joensuu racetrack.

Center area is a grass field that has sand-covered maintenance roads.

Billboards, prize distribution point, flagpoles and a fountain on the grass field.

Track and depot area are dense sand, parking lots are gravel.

Sanitary spaces can be found in buildings of the racetrack. Usage of these must be agreed with the racetrack.

Public toilets needed for the event should be rented.

Venue must be closed during construction and demolition of the event.

If structures are to be wedged to the ground, cable measurements must be made in the area. Attachments should be done primarily with weights. The event organizer is responsible for the cost of repairing the damage.

Initial and final inspections are done with a city representative. In the case of buildings, the premises are inspected with a representative of the racetrack.

The area must be left in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the rental period.

Only event-related maintenance traffic is allowed.

Driving on the lawn is strictly prohibited. Maintenance traffic to the grass area through the maintenance roads.
