Highway roadside advertisements

For temporary advertisements, which the event organizer puts up themselves, permits are issued by the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment.

In the central area of Joensuu, it is possible to put banners over the busiest passageways.

Event flagging

It is possible to obtain a permit for event flagging on the eastern and western bridges of Joensuu (Siltakatu).  Permission is applied through Lupapiste.fi-service.
