For short-term reservations, cancellation must be made 2 days before the event, otherwise 50% of the value of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellations for large events (e.g. weddings) must be made as soon as possible after reservation or no later than 14 days before the event, otherwise 50% of the value of the reservation will be charged.

Minimum rental period is 3 hours. Cleaning of the premises (not the kitchen) and usage of tableware is included in the rent.

Keys to the villa and sauna can be obtained at the Carelicum service point Mon-Fri 10 am - 4.30 pm and Sat 10 am - 3 pm.

After the event, the keys must be left in the locked mailboxes at the villa and sauna.

On Heinäpurontie at Botania, there is a sign Vainoniementie.

On Vainoniementie, there is a sign Vainoniemen huvila.

Free parking.
Yard of the sauna fits 5 cars.
Yard of the villa fits 30 cars.

Upstairs of the villa: 40 persons.

Downstairs of the villa: 60 persons.

Sauna: 20 persons.

In summer, the villa with its terraces, surrounding parks and dance floors: up to 200 people.

Catering is not included in the services of the villa or sauna.

Burning candles inside the villa is prohibited.

Sauna and villa are able to be rented separately.

A separate dance pavilion is available free of charge for villa users.

Private residence upstairs of the villa.

Preparation and clearing times are agreed on a case-by-case basis.

The smoking area at the villa is located on the porch of the main entrance. At sauna, the smoking area is at the front door.

Minimum rental period is 3 hours.

No staying overnight.

The renters are responsible for heating the sauna themselves, unless otherwise agreed. The electric sauna is switched on from the cabinet in the hall.
